OFA-verified means we matched a clearance in the OFA public database on a Labradoodle the breeder bred. A breeder without a match may still health test; we only count results we could check. 1 of these listings has an open red flag; each profile shows the evidence and how to dispute it.

Common Labradoodle health concerns
Hip dysplasia, Progressive retinal atrophy, Exercise-induced collapse, Addison's disease. Ask the breeder which of these the parents were screened for, and for results you can check.
Breeder licensing in Maryland
Maryland requires a Kennel license, issued by the county animal control / local licensing agency, not by the state if you meet 6 or more intact females (unspayed females over 6 months kept for breeding and selling offspring) or 6 or more litters.
No state issues a breed-specific breeder license, and a state license never replaces a USDA license or local zoning.
