What to ask a Great Dane breeder
Ask for both parents' results for Cardiac OFA, OFA Hips, Thyroid Panel, Eye CERF. Results should be checkable by OFA or registry number, not a verbal assurance.
Breeder licensing in Georgia
Georgia requires a Pet Dealer License if you sell more than one litter or more than 30 adult dogs in a twelve-month period.
No state issues a breed-specific breeder license, and a state license never replaces a USDA license or local zoning.
