What to ask a Dachshund breeder
Ask for both parents' results for PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy), Patellar Luxation, IVDD Risk (FGF4), Eye CERF. Results should be checkable by OFA or registry number, not a verbal assurance.
Breeder licensing in Arkansas
Arkansas has no state breeder license. City or county permits and zoning may still apply.
No state issues a breed-specific breeder license, and a state license never replaces a USDA license or local zoning.
