Patriot Siberian Husky Rescue (PSHR) is a group of volunteers in Northern New England whose goal is to find permanent, loving homes for Siberian Huskies in need through our unique referral program. If you are in an emergency and need your Siberian rehomed ASAP, please contact your local shelter, animal control officer or a rescue that has a facility to house your Siberian. We are a referral service only, without available foster care or a facility.
We accommodate dogs from all of the New England states (Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Maine). For help in other states, please go to Siberian Husky Rescue Sites to find an organization in your area or contact your local shelter, local animal control or local all-breed rescue.
All dogs must meet the criteria of being a purebred Siberian Husky, however oftentimes, AKC papers are not available. We are happy to cross-post Siberian Huskies that are currently in other shelters or with Animal Control Officers in New England with the understanding that the shelter/ACO is responsible for interviewing the adopters. Siberian Huskies with known aggressive tendencies and bite history are NOT accepted into our rehome program.
