Blythewood Miniature Schnauzers

Joan was kind and thorough, and giving of her time and talents when I brought my boi for a grooming +Q/A. He was gorgeous after, and was a grandchild of her line, so naturally he made it to Group in his 1st show. Will be going back for sure. Her dogs are quality and so is she!

We recently visited Blythewood and Joan and her assistant couldn't have been nicer!!! Although we owned schnauzers in the past, I still had several questions dealing with a new breeder. Joan took the time to answer all of our questions, she was not only welcoming, but warm, and extremely kind towards us, and further educated us on schnauzers. My son thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her and we left knowing that our choice in selecting her as a breeder of our next puppy was great one.

"I have known Joan for years from the show ring! Joan handled my dog (a Standard Schnauzer) at a couple of National Specialty shows in the USA. Joan was very professional in her dealings with me and very loving to my female who finished her American Championship at the National Specialty. Joan brought out the best in my dog who went on to win our Canadian National Specialty Show . I will always be grateful for Joan's grace, poise, grooming skills and professionalism "

Joan is likely the most knowledgeable person available about Schnauzers breeding, showing and raising. The number of champions she has raised and hosed says it all.

She tortures animals and is rude. Still, we bought from her anyway and we just love our baby so much. We rescued him from that place.
