Blue Red Joe's Australian Cattle Dogs

Joe has the best looking heelers in the entire state. I got my girl from him and she’s tough as nails on the farm. She stays by my side always and has a strong driving instinct as a Heeler should. Absolutely no health issues in the 4 years I’ve had her. I own 3 heelers and his is the most well behaved, most healthy and best looking. I would absolutely recommend his dogs due their lineage. Just do your research on the breed. Most people can’t keep up with this breeds energy and then call it behavioral issues. Do your research, I can’t say it enough.

I picked up my puppy from Joe in August 2017 and I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Joe was extremely easy to work with the entire time, very transparent, and easy to get ahold of - was always there to answer my texts or calls in a timely fashion. My dog, Billy, has had zero health issues and has been easy from the start. He was clearly very well handled and imprinted before I picked him up (I think he was 8 or 9 weeks old) - he absolutely loves people and other dogs. I am very pleased with my over all experience with Joe, Blue Red Joe's, and the Australian Cattle Dog breed. Billy is my best friend, incredibly smart, and fully of personality. I have been toying with the idea of adding another heeler to the crew, and if I do, I will definitely go back to Joe!

I bought a puppy from Joe five years ago and acquired another one of the dogs from Joe’s breeding from a friend. Neither dog has any joint or lameness issues (nor any health issues at all.) They are tough scrappy dogs and my big blue boy is a fierce protector. The breed is a challenging breed so best to be a knowledgeable dog owner. Joe breeds good ones.

My in laws bought a dog from this guy and five months after they got the dog, they reached out to Joe because it wasn't working out. Joe never answered. In laws told me the dog is going to the pound today, so I called Joe since his website says "if any dog needs rehoming, call us first as our door is always open". JOE TOLD ME TO PUT THE DOG ON CRAIGSLIST, HE DOESN'T WANT THE DOG BACK. Gave plenty of excuses as to why he can't take the dog. Any breeder with any sort of ethics would be pissed to hear about this. Please don't buy a dog from this guy. He's not a breeder, he's a scam artist. EDIT TO ADD: no shelters had room for the dog so in laws decided to put the dog down tomorrow morning. I left joe a voicemail telling him this and he never called back. Please please please, if this guy sells dogs again, do not buy from him. He doesn’t care about them.

We're very pleased with our little cattle dog. Joe is easy to work with and his dogs all seem very well cared for.
