It’s hard to fully express what Theresa at Olive Branch Bernedoodles in Orange County, CA has meant to our family, but I’ll try. What Theresa does isn’t just breeding and, in the best way possible, doesn’t feel like just another business. It’s clear from the first interaction that what she does comes from a deeply personal place. And knowing that her breeding journey began in response to a specific need for a special dog to help deal with a serious health challenge in her own family, changes everything about how you experience her work, especially since I have virtually the same health challenge and needs in a companion animal. Her purpose-driven ethos directly aligns with my own situation and needs, and it’s reflected in every decision she makes. From the beginning, we felt we were in the hands of someone who truly understands — not just dogs, but people, and what they need from them. Theresa does everything with intention, and you can feel that in every step of the process. There is a level of empathy, intention, and responsibility behind what she does that you simply can’t fake. One moment that will always stay with me: we weren’t next on the waitlist, but Theresa reached out because she knew — based on her temperament testing and her understanding of both Penny and our situation — that this was the right match. That kind of judgment and care is rare. She was absolutely right. Penny is everything we could have hoped for and more. Her temperament is exceptional — steady, intuitive, deeply connected, and incredibly well-adjusted. From the very first days at home, she showed an unusual calm and awareness — settling in quickly, reading the room, and naturally attuning to me in a way that felt almost instinctive. That doesn’t happen by accident. Theresa’s temperament testing isn’t just impressive, it’s remarkably accurate. On top of that, Penny’s health has been outstanding. She came to us thriving, and has continued to do incredibly well. Even her size is exactly as Theresa described — which speaks to how thoughtful and precise she is in her breeding program. Throughout the entire process, Theresa was communicative, honest, and supportive. And that support didn’t end when we brought Penny home — she continues to be a resource, which says a lot about how she views what she does. There are a lot of breeders out there. What Theresa offers is something much deeper — experience, integrity, and genuine care for both her dogs and the families they go to. We are endlessly grateful to her for Penny. Hello future puppy owners. From when we found 'Olive Branch Bernedoodles', "OBB" searching the web for a breeder of Bernedoodles, from that point on and contacting them, it has been an awesome experience with the female puppy we selected to bring home. For us with Olive Branch Bernedoodles' being only about half and hour from us, made it even easier for us. From when we went for puppy meet day when the puppies were 6 weeks old, the owner of OBB has been great and very supportive when we have questions about caring for our beautiful "Ethel". Meet Mazie! She just turned 1 last week 😊 and is the love of my life. I had two soft coated wheaten terriers that I lost in 2024 and wasn’t sure if another pup was in my future. Theresa is warm, caring and so professional. She does not just breed pups, she really cares about each little one and is involved with future owners every step of the way. She invests such time and effort in their development from the very start of pregnancy to the day the little ones go home to their new family. She is responsive every time I contact her, even when it’s just a cute photo or a request for information. I highly recommend Olive Branch Bernedoodles, a quality breeder whose love and devotion make for an exceptional pet!

She carefully works with each family to select the perfect furry companion that fits your lifestyle, then you get to attend a puppy social where you meet all of the littermates (and mom & dad!) and then you get to welcome your best friend home.
