Bay Area Shorthairs

We picked up our GSP today and Zaak was amazing and so considerate. He gave us all the documents which where very organized and a cute puppy bag to go along with our pick up. I'm so glad we decided to get our puppy from Bay Area. We drove 6 1/2 hrs from Illinois and it was well worth it.

Zaak is a great guy to work with, he genuinely cares about his puppies and his dogs overall of course, they are all very well taken care, he is very knowledgeable when you talk to him and just runs a genuine business from my experience with him! I would definitely get another puppy from him in the future and have recommended him to a few people already!

We picked up Ziggy from Zaak about two weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier! From the very beginning, Zaak was incredibly responsive—always quick to answer questions and consistently sending us pictures and updates as Ziggy grew. No matter how silly my requests might have seemed, Zaak handled everything with ease and kindness. Ziggy has been an absolute dream. He’s such a chill, relaxed guy—which is pretty unusual for a German Shorthair! His temperament is amazing, and he's incredibly smart. He’s already picking up on commands and routines like a pro. You can really tell that Zaak puts a lot of care and intention into his dogs. We’re so thankful to have found Bay Area Shorthairs, and we’re already planning to add another one of his pups to our family in the next couple of years.

Our family picked Harvey up about 5 months ago at 7 weeks old and couldn't be happier. A very intelligent, healthy, strong, and loving family member he has grown into. We would recommend Zaak for any future shorthairs anyone is looking for! He was very knowledgeable, great to work with, and willing to answer any questions anytime! Photos- shortly after bringing him home to 7months old at 70lbs

We got Goose from Bay Area Shorthairs and we will definitely be back for another one A great breeder, and have amazing & beautiful dogs
