We had such a wonderful experience with Chrystine at Hawaii Australian Shepherds. From the beginning, I was impressed by her thoughtful and responsible process for screening families, maintaining a waitlist, and staying in communication throughout the entire journey. I was first on the waitlist but had to pass on a litter because the timing wasn’t right for me. Chrystine was incredibly patient and understanding, and when the time was right, she guided me through every step with so much care and knowledge. It’s obvious her responsible breeding practices create such beautiful dogs with amazing temperaments. Ace is confident, social, loving, and so well-adjusted. You can tell the puppies are intentionally exposed to sounds, kids, and everyday experiences early on to help prepare them for the world. I truly got my perfect pup. Ace goes everywhere with me, is wonderfully socialized, and everyone who meets him falls in love with him. I’m so grateful for Chrystine and the care she puts into raising these amazing dogs. Highly recommend Hawaii Australian Shepherds to anyone looking for a well-bred, well-loved companion.

Our family lost our beloved border collie this year. We were all devastated and decided that we may be ready for a new dog, hopefully Australian Shepherd, by the end of January. I did a quick search and found Hawaiian Australian Shepherds in Hilo. They had a litter that was due any day and the puppies would be ready by the end of January. I felt like it was fate. I have to say that Chrystine was phenomenal. She made the process incredibly easy and kept me informed on everything going on with my puppy. I put a deposit down and made sure that I paid before I flew to big Island to pick him up. She consistently posted pictures of him playing and growing until I was able to pick him up. Any questions or concerns that I had, she answered swiftly and with kindness. She is accredited and the most responsible and loving breeder that I’ve ever gone through. She Included DNA testing and vet care before hand. I know that next time we adopt a pup, probably next year, we will definitely go through Hawaii Australian Shepherds.
