Macomber Danes

I recently got a beautiful Great Dane puppy from Macomber Danes and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I reached out, the owner was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the breed. She took the time to answer all my questions, and provided everything we needed. Our puppy (Chase) is absolutely perfect! He’s healthy, well-socialized, and already showing that gentle giant personality we all love. The whole process was great and the follow-up support has been outstanding.

We had such an incredible experience with Macomber Danes, and I can’t recommend them enough. Danielle is absolutely wonderful!! So kind, responsive, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can immediately tell how much she cares about the health, safety, and happiness of both her dogs and the families she places them with. We got our got our little girl Piper, from her a few months ago, and she is the sweetest, most loving dog. It’s clear that Danielle raises her puppies in a nurturing environment, and the quality of her bloodlines really shows in Piper’s temperament and health. I asked Danielle what felt like a thousand questions throughout the process, and she was patient, informative, and supportive every step of the way. That level of communication and care made all the difference. We are so grateful for Danielle and Macomber Danes! Truly an exceptional breeder and experience from start to finish.

Macomber Danes is a wonderful breeder and Danielle was a gem to work with. Puppies are healthy, happy, and well socialized. Breeding facility is immaculate and Danielle truly loves and cares deeply about every single puppy. Her adult Danes are healthy and happy as well and it was such a treat to get to meet Andy who reminded us so much of our own big girl who passed a couple summers back. We got our “little” guy Sirius in February from Macomber and he is awesome. So smart, great temperament, and super sturdy and healthy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with getting another Dane after such a hard loss. Thanks for giving us our bright star! Sirius Black is such a sweet and snuggly guy. We would 100% recommend Macomber Danes to anyone looking for a Great Dane.

We recently adopted a female Great Dane puppy from Macomber Danes and had a really positive experience. After ironing out communications, things went smoothly. Throughout the process you can tell a lot of care goes into raising the puppies. After getting home and the initial decompression, we can tell our puppy has definitely been well socialized and is confident in new environments. After some initial trepidation and adjustment on our older dog's part, her and the puppy took to each other well and now play together constantly. I don't have much experience with dog breeders, but based on what I've seen so far, if you're looking for a breeder who cares about the dogs and clearly puts work into making sure the puppies have a good foundation Macomber Danes is definitely worth considering.

Macomber Danes is WONDERFUL!! We had never owned a Great Dane before and Danielle was awesome about answering questions and giving information as we waited and then again upon pick up of our beautiful girl!! Danielle is a wonderful person with an obvious passion for Great Danes and making sure she breeds healthy puppies. I love that she asks interview questions to find the right owners, as well as contact the references. I also love that her policy is to NOT get rid of your adopted puppy, but instead she will take them back, if you find yourself unable to care properly for them (not that we intend to ever give ours back! 💕). Her adult Great Danes are absolutely beautiful, healthy and well taken care of, that it is guaranteed that the puppies will be the same! Not only is Macomber Danes a fabulous breeder, but also have become people we truly care about and call our friends. If you are looking to own beautiful, healthy and big Great Danes, I highly recommend Macomber Danes as the place to look!! 💕🐾
