Platinum Goldendoodles

We got Franklin (formerly Oliver) about a week ago from Platinum Goldenpoodle, and the entire experience was wonderful. Before making our decision, we spoke with a friend who had referred six people to them, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. When we reached out, Mindy answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I even texted her with concerns about food and toys to prepare for our new puppy, and she took the time to give thoughtful recommendations. I followed her advice and purchased everything she suggested. When we brought Franklin home, he was exactly what we expected—loving, playful, and as healthy as can be. We couldn’t be happier with our new addition to the family!

Our new baby arrived yesterday and he is gorgeous, I just wish the process was better. What should have been an exciting time was very stressful due to the lack of communication! Once you leave a deposit all of your baby’s info comes off their website. I had to ask a minimum of 3 times to get a pic of him, finally I received a pic and was told it was an old pic. I went on to ask what food he was on, so we could be prepared for his arrival , I asked what my balance was and finally I got a response that he wasn’t due to be released until July 14. After going back and forth with her the fact I had no info on him she snapped and told me she was going to refund my deposit all but what she spent at the vets to get his health documents in my name, that she wasn’t going to sell me the puppy! We finally spoke by phone and she had a delivery coming on Monday July 6 If I wanted she would release him or I could wait till July 14. I agreed to release him on the 6th making him 6 weeks and 4 days but I was so over chasing her for answers and being told he will arrive with all his paperwork. The delivery was perfect communication was fantastic the 2 men were great however we were told they ran out of food on wednesday morning and he probably would be hungry. He arrived with one paper listing his shots and a general paper on to set a schedule etc. We never new how much food he was up to. We love our boy however if I had to do it again I would not choose this breeder. What should have been an exciting time turned out but nothing but aggravation.

Mindy is wonderful to work with! We have gotten all our doodles from Platinum Goldendoodles; they are the sweetest dogs, very intelligent, have the best dispositions, and are very healthy. We have a 12-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a puppy. My mum also got her sweet Cavapoo from Mindy; her pup is now 4 years old. Before we have decided to get one, I always text Mindy so she can help me find the right doggie for our family based on our needs. We got a cavapoo a few weeks ago, and we are absolutely delighted with our puppy. Mindy really cares about her doggies; she gave us some puppy food to get us started, a few toys and a little blanket. I will highly recommend Platinum Goldendoodles.

Highly recommend Platinum Goldendoodles. Mindy was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating with our schedule to pick up our girl (cavapoo). It did take a bit longer to get follow up pics/videos, but Mindy has her own family and it was also Christmas time. We were patient and everything worked out perfectly. It was instant love once we got our girl. She adapted quickly to her new home and it was evident that she had been well loved and socialized. Our girl had a few stomach issues (I believe related to her being so small and our vet starting her on heart guard). I reached out to Mindy with questions and she immediately responded, even called me to discuss what was going on. Yes we incurred unexpected vet bills, but this by no means was caused by the breeding. She’s doing great and has doubled her weight in the first month of having her. I’ve attached PGs listing photo with a current pic of our Beignet. She’s perfect in every way. Smart, cuddly, playful, and a great companion to our boys and her 10 month old Cavapoo sister. Platinum Goldendoodles breeds some of the most beautiful dogs I ever seen!

This is Charlie! I got him from Platinum Doodles in June! He has been a great addition to our family. Mindy with Platinum Doodle was awesome to work with. She was great about texting with me during the process of bri gang Charlie home , she was also very accommodating in meeting me on Charlie’s “ gotcha day!” I highly recommend recommend this breeder!❤️
