I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Shannon and our beloved bulldogge, Harlow, who we got from her. Shannon was communicative, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It’s so clear that all of her puppies are extremely well cared for and, most importantly, very loved. Harlow has been such a wonderful addition to our family, and we couldn’t be happier with her. I highly recommend Goree-Pope OEBs!

By the grace of God we found Goree-pope. I have had dogs my whole life. And without a close second this has been the best breeder we have ever seen. Shannon truly cares for these puppies and parents. Their health and well being is her top priority. What drew us to her was her care for the standards of the breed and sticking to it. Watching her process and care for the mother during pregnancy and the puppies once they were born was heart warming. She truly loves them. By the time we picked up JJ he actually surpassed our already high expectations. He is true olde English beautiful and most importantly so healthy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an Olde English or Frenchie go to Goree-Pope.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Shannon and Goree-Pope OEB from beginning to end. Shannon and I first started chatting about a year ago. I had just lost my pup and was a little hesitant to consider getting another one. I came across Shannon's program and she was like an open book, and a wealth of knowledge on the breed! Eventually I was ready to get another puppy and I went right to Shannon! She always kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and definitely held my hand as I joined the GPOEB family! I adore my new little guy, and have no doubts that Shannon will be there if I ever need her! A good breeder is hard to find, but an honest and present one may be even harder! Shannon is all of the good things wrapped in one!

I truly believe the care and attention puppies receive early on makes all the difference. We’ve had puppies in the past who seemed stressed and whined often, and the difference with this puppy has been remarkable. She is calm, sweet, and adjusted so easily, which tells me she received plenty of loving human contact from the very beginning. She fit right in with our family immediately. Shannon was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process — kind, communicative, and genuinely invested in the well-being of her puppies. We are very grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

We are new to join the Goree-Pope family….It’s only been 5 days ! I can honestly say it has turned out to be one of the most gratifying experiences and I agree with all of the positive pet owners before me!! Shannon and her family’s reputation is well deserved. Their commitment to the highest standards of puppy breeding is evident as you can see online, but even better in person….Their whole property was thoughtfully planned the care of their dogs with inside outside private runs AC & Heat. It is spotless. The Frenchies seem to have all the luxuries of home. I picked Rocky…but it was a tough decision and even harder wait until it was time for him to leave his mama! During that time, Shannon was patient with all of my questions and eager to share helpful tips .. Shannon and John went out of their way to help deliver the puppy by meeting me halfway which may have been the coldest day of the year! Rocky’s arrival and transition into our family life has been remarkable… One would not expect him to sleep through the night, yet he does, and when he came to us he was already litter box trained and pee pad trained ….during recent freezing temperatures this is major! Our local vet was very impressed with little Rocky’s first physical exam and praised me for finding a good breeder. We could not be happier and would recommend Goree-Pope OEB to any friend or family member !
