This is Mabel. She was born on December 3 and I received her from Lanny and she came to live with us In late January. She is an amazing dog! Strong, very healthy and super intelligent. And also very loving and gets along great with my Chihuahua and my two grandbabies! And all the other critters that I have on my farm. Her training is going exceptionally And she’s loving the 20 acres that is now her home. I Highly recommend edge of time Border Collies.

A fantastic place to get your dream border collie. They make sure that the puppy they pair you with matches your needs and wants and lifestyle as best as they can. There is not a single other place that I would have gotten my dream dog from.

It was a pleasure working with Lanny from EOT. We've been in contact for several months before our pup was born and he recommended for us the litter that would likely have the temperament most suitable for our needs and lifestyle. We've been with our pup for 3 weeks and feel blessed that she's been so friendly and cooperative since we brought her home. Lanny continues to offer us support to this day.

I really wanted to work with Melissa for her breeding style, location and reviews and so I put a deposit on a puppy when they lived in Vermont. She moved to SC, which was not ideal as I would now have to travel 14 hours instead of 3, but I just rolled with it and was going to make the trek down. Then I reached out to her yesterday to let her know I was still interested just not yet as I have 3 dogs already. She informs me she is no longer breeding and sold her dogs to a friend and to contact him. (SEE BELOW) I was very upset by this as I chose her not this other person and was surprised she sold her breeding dogs. I requested my deposit back not wanting to deal with anyone other than her but she is refusing saying that he will honor it. But that is not her descion to make. I am so uncomfortable with how this all turned out, and very disappointed that she will not refund my deposit since she gave her business away. She keeps telling me I can choose my puppy and work with her, but she is not breeding anymore and she is the one I gave my money to. I am very into knowing my pups parents and trusting my breeeder. At this point, I just don't. I have been working with border collies since 1996 and have owned them since 2003, competing in flyball, agility and sheepherding. I am very into the process of choosing My pup and keeping in contact with my breeder. She is keeping my deposit and insisting I work with the new breeder. This is not ok. I made the agreement with her not him so this is a breach of contract. She should have contacted me when she gave away the business after 20 years and let me have the option of moving forward with the new breeder or getting my deposit back. I should not be forced to work with someone she gave the business to. I am so glad now that all this came out and I did NOT get a puppy from here. I have worked with many breeders and have never been treated this way. My dogs mean everything to me! Below is a screen shot from when I reached out to her letting her know I was still interested but still not quite ready as I have 3 dogs, two are senior dogs. This is a simple breach of contract.

We got our puppy, combo from EOT border collies around 6 months ago. She was amazing throughout the entire process and helped us pick the perfect companion. Missy answered all questions and I’m glad we got our boy.
