I am a retired school teacher and I decided to buy 2 Italian Greyhounds. I bought the first from a kennel in Sparta, Tenn. The breeder would not let me see her kennel. The puppy was just 14 weeks old when I first laid eyes on it. He was cowering in the back of his carrier. I asked the breeder why he was cowering and she said it was the first time he had seen the light of day; - in over 14 weeks! She said that she had just bathed him but I had to bathe him again because he smelled so bad. By being locked up in the dark with his mother he had learned to eat his own feces. It has taken me 5 months to break him of this. He is a good puppy but a little hard to train. My second puppy came from a home in Cadwell, GA called All The DoDa Day Italian Greyhounds. The owner, Barbara Ann, welcomed me inside her home. The home was beautiful and obviously designed to house her puppies. The pups had limited but free reign of the house. It was clean and smelled like any other well maintained home. She has a lovely, decorated, fenced-in outside playground for them. The owner lives with her puppies and shares her home with them. They were all beautiful and sociable. I got a male puppy who is beautiful, clean, sociable and extremely smart. I taught him to sit in one day and he instinctively knew how to use the puppy door which my older pup still has not figured out. together. She is full of helpful advice and has been very generous Barabara Ann has been answering my many emails as I have had a lot of questions as to the sociable aspects of the 2 puppies with her time. The cost of the 2 puppies were the same, but the pup from All The DoDa Day Italian Greyhounds has been far superior to my first one in many ways. I would whole heartedly recommend Barbara Ann's intimate home to any large kennel that breeds in masse. Each of her pups receive daily care, affection, and attention that is just not possible in a large kennel environment. She really loves her puppies and has made it clear that she will take them back if the buyer decides that he/she cannot provide a loving home. Holly Wade

I can not speak highly enough on the level of excellence we received with our experience with All The Dodo Day Italian Greyhounds! From day 1 she was quick to respond to all communications and was helpful and kept us informed through the whole process. We were able to get on a list for her next litter and she let us know as the puppies were being born! We received pictures, videos, and updates along the way until he was ready to be picked up. Her dogs are gorgeous, healthy, and well taken care of. It was all worth having the peace of mind that I wasn’t being scammed or that I was supporting a puppy mill. We picked up Rainy Nights in Georgia and she went through all care with him and provided AKC paperwork, vet paperwork as well as paperwork on the parents. He is extremely healthy, happy and sweet and she follows up to be sure her dogs are well taken care of and placed in good homes. We are so pleased with our new addition to our family and appreciate her support through process. I highly recommend her 100%!
