We are avid Husky enthusiasts! We enjoy sharing an active lifestyle with our dogs. Whether it’s enjoying the Maine outdoors, camping, fishing or four-wheeling, our dogs come along. Naani and Buddy are always eager to join our family on trips. Huskies are known for being playful, friendly and curious. Our Huskies are no exception. They have an affinity for the active lifestyle and that’s important for any future owner to understand before making an ownership commitment. They are not basset hounds and will not enjoy being left alone with the expectation that they will be content lounging around all day. Exercise and mental stimulation is important! We are located in central Maine and if you would like to join us at our local dog park sometime, please feel free to reach out!

Health clearances are standardized tests recommended by breed clubs and the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) to screen breeding dogs for genetic and hereditary conditions. Common clearances include hip/elbow evaluations, eye exams (CERF/CAER), cardiac evaluations, and DNA tests for breed-specific conditions. A dog with multiple clearances indicates the breeder is actively testing to reduce the risk of passing on health problems.
