ABC Dachshund Ny

I purchased my baby from Doreen a few years ago, and I absolutely love him. I’m a first time dog owner and she has answered all my questions day and night, giving me all the guidance and answering all of my questions. My pup is happy and healthy, and almost 3 in July. I have had no health issues with him, everything has been perfect. - I will definitely buy my next pup from Doreen in the future!

I got two beautiful Long Haired Dachshund males from AKC Dachshund. Two gorgeous little boys, both healthy and living a life. Both dogs came vet checked and first shots. Both are loving and well socialized. They're beautiful dogs! I'm glad that I found them.

I have several dogs from Doreen, and the quality is truly night-and-day compared to many dachshunds being bred in the U.S. today. Every dog I’ve received from her has had an exceptional temperament, outstanding conformation, and arrived healthy, happy, and absolutely beautiful. I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to the lines she has worked so hard to build most breeders never even get the opportunity. It is abundantly clear how much time, expertise, and investment she has poured into her program. We’ve FaceTimed multiple times, and I’ve personally seen her during whelpings and inside her home. The level of transparency, and professionalism is unmatched. And her award collection speaks for itself. I would not hesitate for a moment to purchase from her again.

We got our dachshund, Hemi, from AKC Dachshunds NY, almost 5 years ago and he is truly the best dog we could have ever hoped for! From the very beginning, Doreen was amazing to work with… she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and we got the perfect pup. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the breed and tells you everything you need to know… the fun, the challenges, and the care these dogs require. You can tell her dachshunds are exceptionally well-bred, healthy, and raised with love. Hemi has the sweetest temperament, is smart, playful, and absolutely beautiful!! Everyone who meets him falls in love! We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Doreen and AKC Dachshunds NY to anyone looking for a wonderful, responsibly bred dachshund.

Had a wonderful, painless, and easy experience getting our boys. Doreen was great in conversation, very knowledgeable, and answered any and all questions we had. We love our boys! Got our first boy in December ‘24, and went back for our second boy in August ‘25. Highly recommend, and will be going back in the future.
