Located in the scenic rolling hills of Liberty, Kentucky, we are a family of five who have been raising Pugs since 2018. We love Pugs for their comical personalities and affectionate nature.
At Rocky Top Puppies, we specialize in champion bloodlines and rare colors. Our adult dogs are AKC and ICA registered, and most have undergone genetic health testing. All our puppies come with registration papers, are microchipped, vet-checked, up to date on vaccinations and deworming, and include a one-year health guarantee. We strive to raise happy, healthy, and well-socialized puppies.
In 2021, our friends at Green River Puppies asked us to continue raising their beloved Lhasa Apsos. These hypoallergenic companions are known for their loyalty, gentle nature, and minimal exercise needs—making them ideal for both individuals and families.
